Jiang Jingfeng

Associate Professor, PhD, University of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, currently Head of International Leisure and Hospitality Department of FMP.Jiang Jingfeng has a Bachelor of Tourism and Business Management degree from Southern Cross University, Australia, and an MBA from Ming Chuan University, Taiwan. He is mainly engaged in hotel brand equity, service quality, and marketing research. He has worked in a number of international brand hotel groups and hotel management companies and has rich hotel management working experience. He has served in various positions, such as catering department manager, hotel business unit manager, and wine management company general manager. He is a serious and responsible staff member, very rigorous in academic study, and is also good at integrating practical case studies under different scenarios along with contextualized teaching methods into lessons on market practice.


Dr. Sandra Cherro Osorio (PhD; M. Tourism (Honors); B. Tourism Mngt.)

Dr. Cherro Osorio is a Lecturer for the Bachelor of Hospitality Management and she has also performed the role of Acting Head of Program for the Bachelors of Business and Hospitality in 2018. She has worked in Melbourne Polytechnic in excess of four years teaching a diverse range of first and third year subjects. Sandra is an early career researcher interested in tourism experiences, food services, higher education and indigenous tourism.  Sandra has published work in these areas as journals articles, book chapters and literature reviews. In addition, she has presented in numerous local and international conferences. 


Jonathan Lee Wei Quan

Mr. Jonathan Lee Wei Quan is a seasoned educator and hospitality management professional with a strong background in academic leadership and curriculum development. He combines his passion for teaching with a deep understanding of educational leadership and as Lead Teacher, he plays a pivotal role in maintaining the academic integrity and compliance of higher education programs with regulatory standards. 

Jonathan's professional journey has taken him across various educational institutions and hospitality environments. In addition to his academic and professional achievements, he is a TAE40116 qualified trainer and holds a CELTA from the University of Cambridge. His expertise is complemented by his proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Mandarin, Japanese, French and several Chinese dialects. 

Jonathan is known for his excellent communication skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and his commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for his students. 

His current research area looks at current educational trends and the integration of AI and technology in higher education which aims to enhance learning outcomes through innovative approaches.

 

Zhu Zheyi

Bachelor of Hospitality Management, Fujian Normal University, Master of Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management, The University of Queensland. Mainly engaged in the research of B&B and resort hotels and  have worked in several international five-star hotels. Currently responsible for Hotel English, Introduction to the Hospitality Industry and Profile International Markets. Focusing on the use of a variety of teaching methods to create an enjoyable and educational learning atmosphere, which is widely loved by students.


Ruixue Guo

Master's degree, graduated from the University of Leeds in UK. The undergraduate studying is at the Hotel Management Department of Fujian Normal University. She has participated in the "Procedures for the Establishment of Provincial Home-stay Management Measures" in Fujian Province, the Fujian Yongtai "Shanfangxixiang", the Fujian Province and Taiwan Mazu "Rongma Tourism Circle Co-construction" and other tourism projects. Now she is responsible for courses such as organizational change, hotel human resource management, and hotel food safety. In the teaching process, the teaching methods such as case analysis and scenario simulation are emphasized. Her teaching methods are novel, and the classroom atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant.


Liao Siyu

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Xiamen Technology of University and Master’s degree in International Hotel Management from Taylor’s University. She has worked in Xiamen Seaview Resort and Theme Park of Genting Malaysian Resort as the assistant general manager of the theme park, responsible for the coordination and deployment of all departments of the indoor theme park and the preparation of the outdoor playground (formerly 21st Century Fox theme park). Now she is responsible for teaching courses, such as Effective Business Enquiry and business communication, Hotel Marketing Management, Monitor Work Plans and Operations, specialty food preparation and strategic management. She has a strong sense of structure and motivation through the use of examples, which is able to engage students to connect theoretical knowledge with practical knowledge, as well as interact with them in an interactive way.


Chen Xinru

Bachelor's Degree from Fuzhou University, Master's Degree in Hospitality Management from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Focuses on the study of resort and hotel operation and management, and has a wealth of practical experience. Has worked for a well-known international hotel consulting company and a number of high-end hotels, accumulating deep industry knowledge and management skills.

Currently, mainly teaches the courses of hotel digital marketing and leisure activity planning. Focuse on the combination of theory and practice in class, and is good at integrating the educational content into actual cases, making it fun and creating a positive classroom atmosphere, which is welcomed and loved by students.
