Dear students, Welcome to Fuzhou Melbourne Polytechnic! It’s so lucky for us to meet each other in such a beautiful campus in this vast world and among millions of thousands of people. As a student, have you ever thought about why you should go to college? It is to learn knowledge, right! But more than that. As a student, learning and storing knowledge is an important task for us, but more importantly, we must train us to become talents and the pillars of society. In the era of globalization, we are all in the world village. English is the best tool to help us communicate with people in the village. Learning English well is no longer a trend, but a necessity. How can we learn English well? This secret depends on you. As we all know that only hard work and sweat can accompany you to the other side of success. Perseverance, hard work, and curiosity are the only ways to improve academic progress.

The university is a new starting point, a continuation of the learning, and the beginning of innovation. Let us treasure up the glory and reputation of the past, taking as the cornerstone of the next floor; discard those bitter and tears, taking as a test on the road to fight. There is the path to the mountain of knowledge, but there is no end to ocean of learning. Diligence is the means by which one makes up for one's dullness, and the hard times will become the good results. I sincerely hope that the students of FMP will have a successful academic career and grow up healthily!
